Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you provide through our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store your content as necessary to provide our services.

Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding our services may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

• Fees: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as specified in your service agreement
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified
• Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees
• Price Changes: We may modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers
• Refunds: Refunds are provided according to our refund policy, typically within 30 days of cancellation
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in service suspension or termination

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sadiqsoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party actions or content
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time:

• By You: Cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us
• By Us: Terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons with appropriate notice
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately
• Data Retention: We may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between the parties
• Binding arbitration if negotiations fail
• Courts of competent jurisdiction in Dhaka, Bangladesh
